We're talkin' just a couple of feet closer and this horse wouldn't be
standing in the photo. A 40' Douglas Fir with no warning, decided to fall at neighbor's
Sal and Heather's place today. I guess when the tree fell, Heather saw it knock the horse
down and feared the worst. She ran over and got me, the Brown kids and my chain saw
to come over and help with this disaster.
Upon arrival, the horse was up, still a little freaked, but alive! I think the roof
must have hit her on the head and knocked her out a bit. Click on the picture for other shots!
