(April 12th, 2026) Cathy the previous owner had begun to put steps in down to the lawn but this clay dirt turns to concrete in the Summer so she kind of slapped some of it together and never finished it. I started this on the 4th and worked a couple of days before Kathy and I headed to Reno for allergy tests on her back. Because she had to return two days later we stayed at Aunt Jan's Tahoe home for a couple of nights for a mini vacation. Click on photo for more pics.

(April 3rd, 2026)Kathy and I have been excercising her new knee more and more now (it's been 6 months) and have now added a 3 mile loop trail from our home and through Weimar University. Has a little of everything from nature, to hills and railroad track. Matt and family are in Hawaii with Ericas family enjoying the beaches. Click on photo for more pics.

(April 2nd, 2026) Well Mom still hasn't moved in with us and wants to stay in her home a little while longer. Problem with that is the interior has not been upgaded much in the 60 years she has been there. Jimmy added tile to the kitchen floor about 15 years ago and Bob painted the office about 10 years ago. Other than that, same paint and carpet changes in all that time and it shows! So for the last few weeks I have been moving every thing out of each room, painted the walls and moved everything back. I just finished the last bedroom and this time pulled up the carpet before putting things back. The hardwood floors underneath look great! Next step is to pull it out of the hallway, frontroom and dining room. If the foors are good enough, we will leave it that way. Click on photo for more pics.
