Well nothing like escaping the cold, wet winter weather of Northern Kali-forn-i-a and heading to the the land of
blazing heat, Death Valley. Okay we did not exactly have blazing heat, but I can definitely say it didn't rain. Much.
We have gone to DV in all months of the winter and it is always warm enough to wear shorts. This time, the coats rarely
came off. The wheelin' was great except the Zuk was having fuel problems alot of the time and it made for some interesting
moments.
Kathy ended up getting the flu and spent New Years in bed while the rest of us celebrated around the fire of neighbor's
Dave and Christine. They and their friends Ken and Bebe parked their Monaco 40' Diplomat's on either side of our little
Monarch, but we had the Brown's Southwind for backup.
