CIVIC PRIDE?

(April 26, 2009) Well not exactly. It seems that Newcastle school among others, requires that students preform 12 hours of comunity service before they can graduate. Danny and Bryan both short on hours along with me their "adult supervisor" met with about 50 other volunteers at the confluence of the north and middle forks of the American river and picked up trash. It's sad the amount of trash that was pulled out of there. Click on photo for more.

FATHER DILLON IS RETIRING

	(April 20, 2009) Kathy and Ann attended an historical tour of the Old Saint Mary's church in Rocklin where they attended back in the late 70's. This is where they first met Father Dillon who has been part of their lives ever since. One of his last acts before retiring will be Danny's confirmation on May 16th. Click on photo for more.

BACK IN VEGAS!

(April 3, 2009) Kathy and I are back in Vegas at the OASIS RV PARK. Jeff is here with us on a layover and has been sick in bed since he got here! Kathy and I walked to the strip and back yesterday about 7 miles total and took this video of a jet landing. Man, they get close. Click on photo for video.

	(April 3, 2009) March 31st was Bob's 80th suprise birthday party as this photo shows. We weren't there but you can here him saying "I told you NO party!". According to Bob, he was totally surprised and once it happened, he is glad it did. He saw people he hasn't seen in years.
