(March 13, 2010)Well as this months calendar shows, we had alot of birthdays to celebrate and still have more coming. Kathy and I missed Justin's birthday last month so he was included along with Rylie, Melissa, Sean and Purity. Then of course Bob Dooley's is the last day of this month. (March 2, 2010)Kathy's Uncle Ken, a very accomplished writer sent us a copy of one of his latest contributions. In this book Hoop Heaven, the 50th Anniversary of the Basketball Hall of Fame, he writes the story on Red Auerbach. Ken had previously written MBA, Management by Auerbach in the 80's and was chosen by Red's daughters to write this one. He also has written a play about Red. Recently he visited his and Kathy's father's LaSalle Academy and was remembered for his early writing abilities there. Ken also has a screenplay written about the last execution in Rhode Island who turned out to be an innocent man. These books are available on Amazon.com | |
