(August 25th, 2024) Jeff, Scot, Ann, came up to Gold Ranch RV Park while Mike and Annie along with her sister Jane and her family came up to Boomtown for a couple of nights to help celebrate their birthdays. (August 11th, 2024) Left the Brown's this morning and moved to Gold Ranch in Verdi, NV today. A little hot so had all the blinds closed and both AC's going full blast as we watched the movie "Horizon". Just as our AC's stopped working got a text from Mike Connell asking if we are evacuating?!! Looked outside and smoke, flames, people packing up, hmmmm time to leave! Click on photo for more pics.

(August 2nd, 2024) We are back in California for 10 days. First up is Kylie's baby shower, then long overdue hair cuts for all 3 sisters. Of course had to take Daisy to Auburn Overlook for a hike. On Monday morning the August the 5th Jeff came to our door with shampoo in his hair and a towel wrapped around him. The well was not working! Luckily we had water so he could finish his shower!
